You may place an order online via our website at www.arnsby.co.uk, by email or by post. In all cases we require payment before the goods are dispatched.
If you place an order online you will be able to pay using Paypal. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order then please contact us, telling us what you wish to order, and we will provide you with a quote.
You may cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched and we will refund any payments received in respect of that order (including postage and packing costs).
If an order has already been dispatched, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel up to seven working days after you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel once the goods have already been dispatched, you must notify us as soon as practicable and in any case within seven working days of receiving the goods. You must return the goods to us as soon as possible. We will refund all payments received in respect of the order (including postage and packing costs).
All sizes quoted are approximate and for indication only. All colour reproductions are approximate. If you need advice as to whether a particular item will be suitable for your requirements, we encourage you to contact us before ordering.
Our standard delivery method for orders shipped within the UK is by Royal Mail second class post. The cost of this method is included within the price of the kits. If you would prefer that a different Royal Mail service is used, please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.
We aim to dispatch all orders within seven working days of receipt (usually sooner). If, exceptionally, your order will not be dispatched within that time (for instance if we are out of stock of an item) then we will notify you.
You may return unused goods in a saleable condition within 30 days of your order. In such cases we will refund the price paid for the goods; we will, however, not refund the postage and packing costs if you are returning the goods outside the seven-day cooling-off period required by the Distance Selling Regulations (see above). Please contact us at info@arnsby.co.uk before returning any goods.
Arnsby Crafts is not a VAT-registered business and therefore the prices charged for our products do not include VAT.
We are happy to accept orders from outside the UK. Postage for such orders is £2.50 for one kit and £4.00 for multiple kits. Please note that "bundles" consist of more than one kit and thus postage for a bundle will be charged at the multiple-kit rate.
